The SC20 has a 759 horsepower V12 engine, crazy styling and no windshield.

Lamborghini is following in the footsteps of McLaren, Ferrari and Aston Martin by launching their own windshieldless speedster.  Called the SC20, it is the second car to wear the Squadra Corse SC badge after the 2019 Lamborghini SC18.

Outside

Lamborghini has not confirmed the dimensions or weight of the SC20.  The Diablo VT Roadster, Aventador J, Veneno Roadster and Concept S served as the sources of inspiration in the creation of this model.  The brand combines the hood air intakes of the Huracán GT3 Evo and the aerodynamics of the Essenza SCV12.

The rear wing is obviously carbon fiber and can take three different positions;  high, medium and low pressure - depending on the track and driver preferences.

Its decoration combines Bianco Fu white as the base color with Blu Cepheus blue as a contrast.  This second is also present inside the vehicle.  Sections like the front splitter or diffuser let you appreciate the bare carbon fiber.

The interior of the Lamborghini SC20

Lamborghini has distributed very few images of the interior of the SC20!  and in none of them can the driver's position be properly appreciated.  So there are no details on its steering wheel or dashboard.  What we do know is that the seats are carbon fiber and finished in Alcantara and leather.  The interior feels continuous to that of Hurricane STO.  The steering wheel is circular;  the center console has no display and the center tunnel suggests a similar layout of physical buttons.

The engine produces 770 horsepower

The Lamborghini SC20 powers the signature Sant'Agata Bolognese signature 6.5-liter V12 engine.  The engine produces 770 horsepower and has a maximum torque of 720 Newton meters.  These are identical figures to another convertible of the brand, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster.

The top speed and acceleration of the SC20 has not been revealed!  although that same engine hits 350 kph and goes from 0 to 100 in 2.9 seconds in the Aventador SVJ Roadster.  Its transmission has seven speeds and the car is four-wheel drive.
